In the initial part, the operator is suctioning the secretions while navigating towards the larynx. Larynx demonstrates the presence of a vocal web. A smaller cuffed endotracheal tube size was passed without difficulty. At the end of the surgical procedure, the ENT team was consulted for intervention and the web was removed. Patient removed steroid and was extubated at the end of the procedure without any complications. |
